We have two primary options when it comes to our numbers, letters and number panels/plates.

  • Permanent Vinyl
  • Reusable Vinyl

Permanent Vinyl

Permanent Vinyl is the most common material for graphics and decal production.  Our Permanent vinyl is of premium quality and can easily last 5-7 years exposed to the outdoors.

PROS:

  • Durable 5-7 years outdoor
  • Will stay on at any speed

CONS:

  • Cannot be re-applied or reused after removal

     

Reusable Vinyl

We offer reusable vinyl for temporary use, allowing reuse for multiple events.  This is a great option for competitors who frequently need to change numbers for different series or classes.  This material is thicker (between 7.5-10mils) making it much more durable for multiple applications( no ripping or stretching)

We store our temporary graphics on a smooth plastic sheet when not installed on our karts.

 

PROS:

  • Adheres to any smooth surface (including windows)
  • Will stay on at any speed.
  • Works in any temperature.

CONS:

  • Users get between 6-10 uses. (More if you’re lucky!)
  • Need be put back on smooth sheet for storage between uses.
  • Need be applied to a clean surface and backing adhesive free of dirt (don’t want scratches.)
