We have two primary options when it comes to our numbers, letters and number panels/plates.

  • Permanent Vinyl
  • Removable Vinyl

Permanent Vinyl

Permanent Vinyl is the most common material for graphics and decal production.  Our Permanent vinyl is of premium quality and can easily last 5-7 years exposed to the outdoors.

  • Durable 5-7 years outdoor
  • Will stay on at any speed
  • Cannot be re-applied or reused after removal

     

Removable Vinyl – Low Tack

We offer removable vinyl for temporary use, allowing reuse for multiple events.  This is a great option for competitors who need the ability to remove graphics after an event or swap out to a different set.  This material is thicker (between 6 -10mils) making it more stable for multiple applications (resists ripping or stretching).

We store our removable graphics on the original backing paper when not installed until our next event.

 

DETAILS:

  • Adheres to any smooth surface (including windows)
  • Will stay on at any speed.
  • Works in any temperature.
  • Great for Composite, Plastic, and Aluminum bodies
  • Users get between 6-8 uses. (More if you’re lucky!)
  • Apply to backing paper for storage between uses.

Application

Removable vinyl should be applied to a clean car for best results. Dirt, grime, and dust particles can lessen the life of the adhesive.

Removal

The graphic should be removed once the car surface temperature is cool, this is to ensure the vinyl doesn’t stretch or soften during removal. It is best to remove gently from the top corner the pull down until graphic is removed.  Once the graphic is removed you can apply it to the supplied backing paper for storage.

Care

Cleaning your graphic is simple, and best done when still adhered to the car. We recommend window cleaner, soapy water, and sometimes rubbing alcohol when rubber has been picked up on the surface.
